Betmaze Terms and Conditions

By registering an account with Betmaze you agree to the terms set out on this page. We may update them from time to time to reflect changes in payment processing, game supply or UK regulatory expectations. Where a change materially affects your account, we will give notice inside your account dashboard or by e-mail. Continued use of your account after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Eligibility to play

You must be at least 18 years old to register or play at Betmaze. We may ask for proof of age at any point, and we will suspend an account immediately if we have reason to believe the holder is under 18. One account per person, per household and per device is permitted. Opening duplicate accounts, including to claim a welcome bonus more than once, breaches these terms and may result in forfeiture of funds and bonus winnings from the duplicate account.

Account registration and accuracy

When you register, you agree to give us your real name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact e-mail. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If any detail you give us turns out to be false, we reserve the right to suspend the account, void any pending withdrawals and, where fraud is suspected, retain funds pending investigation. You are also responsible for keeping your password confidential. We are not liable for losses arising from someone else accessing your account with your login details.

Identity verification (KYC)

Standard practice across UK-facing online casinos is to verify a player's identity before releasing larger withdrawals, and Betmaze follows this approach. We may ask for a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and, for card deposits, an image of the card used with the middle digits and security code obscured. For crypto wallets, we may ask you to confirm wallet ownership. Verification is normally resolved within a short window once documents are received in full and legible. Incomplete submissions are the most common cause of delay, so we recommend uploading clear, uncropped files first time.

Bonus terms

Our welcome package and any ongoing promotion are governed by specific bonus terms published on the relevant promotion page. In every case: bonus funds and free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement that must be cleared within the stated time limit; certain games contribute differently to wagering, and some are excluded entirely; maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active, and placing bets above that limit may void remaining bonus funds; only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless we state otherwise. Deposits and withdrawals

Withdrawals are sent back to a verified payment method where possible, and to the same method used for your most recent deposit where that is not possible. We do not charge our own withdrawal fee, though your bank, card issuer or network may apply one at their end. We reserve the right to request additional verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time payouts or unusually large amounts, and to run standard anti-money-laundering checks consistent with the policies in place across UK-facing operators.

Fair play and account closure

We run our games using certified random number generators and licensed live studios, and we expect players to use the site in good faith. Using bots, exploiting a technical fault, colluding with other players at table games, or attempting to manipulate a bonus offer are all breaches of these terms. We reserve the right to void bets, reclaim winnings and close an account where we find evidence of any of this. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from internet outages, third-party payment delays, or a game malfunction that is corrected once identified, beyond returning any stake affected by that malfunction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
