A deposit match plus free spins on selected slots, credited in clear stages so you always know where your balance stands. T&Cs apply.
How our welcome package actually works

This page goes beyond the homepage summary. Here we walk through crediting, wagering, eligible games and the small print, so you can decide with your eyes open before your first deposit.
When you register at Betmaze and make your first qualifying deposit, we match it with bonus funds and add a batch of free spins on selected slots. That is the shape of the offer: a deposit match plus spins, not a single lump sum dropped into your main balance. We structure it this way so you can see, step by step, what has landed and why.
How the bonus is credited
The deposit match is credited to a separate bonus balance immediately after your qualifying deposit clears. Free spins are usually added in batches over a short run of days rather than all at once, which is standard practice across the industry and keeps the offer manageable for both sides. You will see your bonus balance, your free spin count and your wagering progress listed separately from your real-money balance in your account dashboard, so there is never any confusion about which funds are which.
- Register an account and complete verification
- Make your first deposit using a card or supported cryptocurrency
- Bonus funds and free spins are credited to your account
- Play through the wagering requirement on eligible games
- Converted winnings move to your withdrawable balance once requirements are met
Wagering basics, in plain terms
Wagering requirements exist to stop bonus funds being withdrawn the moment they land, and every operator applies some version of this. In practice it means you need to play through your bonus amount a set number of times before any winnings generated from it become withdrawable. The exact multiplier, time limit and maximum bet while wagering are all set out in full on our Terms and Conditions page, and we strongly recommend reading that page alongside this one before you opt in. Nothing here overrides what is written there.
Which games count
Free spins apply to selected video slots only, chosen from providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Hacksaw Gaming. The bonus balance from your deposit match can typically be wagered across a wider pool of slots, but live dealer tables, certain jackpot titles and some table games either contribute less to wagering or are excluded outright. This is normal across the sector, since table games and live dealer formats carry different house edges to slots. The specific list of eligible and excluded titles is maintained on our Terms and Conditions page and inside your account once you opt in, so check there rather than assuming every game counts equally.
A note on live tables
If your plan is to head straight for blackjack or roulette with Evolution Gaming dealers, it is worth knowing upfront that most live tables do not clear wagering at the same rate as slots, if they count at all. Players who want to use their bonus balance on live games sometimes prefer to wait until wagering is cleared on slots first, then play live tables with real-money funds. Neither approach is wrong, it just depends on how you like to play.
Eligibility and fair use
The welcome package is available once per new player, verified during our standard account checks. We ask for the usual proof of identity and address before any bonus-related withdrawal is processed, which is a routine part of keeping the platform fair for everyone, not a sign of anything wrong with your account. Duplicate accounts, mismatched payment details, or patterns that look like bonus abuse across linked accounts will see the offer voided. This protects the offer for genuine players and keeps the overall cost of the promotion sustainable for us to keep running.

T&Cs apply, and why that matters
Every mention of this bonus on our site, including this page, carries the same qualifier: full terms and conditions apply. That is not boilerplate we add to tick a box. The wagering multiplier, time limits, maximum bet during wagering, and the complete list of eligible games all live on our Terms and Conditions page, and those details govern the offer above anything summarised here. If anything on this page ever reads differently to the Terms page, the Terms page is correct.

How our welcome package actually works
When does the welcome bonus land in my account?
The deposit match is credited to your bonus balance immediately after your first qualifying deposit clears. Free spins are usually added in batches over the following days rather than all in one go.
Can I withdraw the bonus money straight away?
No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them sit in a separate balance until you have met the wagering requirement set out on our Terms and Conditions page. Once cleared, eligible funds move to your withdrawable balance.
Do live dealer tables count toward wagering?
Live tables typically contribute less than slots, or may be excluded entirely, which is standard practice. Free spins apply to selected slots specifically. Check the current eligible games list on our Terms and Conditions page before you opt in.
What happens if I deposit again later, do I get another bonus?
The welcome package is a one-time offer for new players. After that, check our Promotions page for ongoing offers available to existing players.
Will I need to verify my identity to withdraw bonus winnings?
Yes. Standard identity and address verification applies before any bonus-related withdrawal is processed. This is routine account security, not specific to your account.
